Are your customers your best salespeople?

If not, the ActionCOACH “The Next Level” Seminar for January 2009 “How to Turn Your Best Customers into Your Best Salespeople” will be time well spent.  In this seminar we will cover the steps to follow to have your top customers consistently doing your selling for you. Consider how much you spend on advertising to get a customer in the door.  Now consider how much you will save if one of those customers RAVE about your business to 5 people they know.

Turn Your Customers Into a Force of Motivated, Passionate Sales People ...

Imagine having your top customers consistently doing your selling for you. Having new customers flooding through your doors without advertising to them. Picture someone who can't stop spreading the word about you and your business. They have to tell the story about you where ever they go. They tell people at work, strangers in conversation, their friends and family. They RAVE about the experience they had with your business.

By Attending You Will Learn These Priceless Techniques:

  • Why customer satisfaction is not enough ...
  • Customer ladder of loyalty ...
  • How to keep your customers returning with more and more money each time .
  • How to delight a customer ... And more ...

“The Next Level” January 2009 Seminar “How to Turn Your Best Customers into Your Best Salespeople” will be held on Tuesday, January 6th from 5:30 to 8:00 at Cape Fear Community College in partnership with the Small Business Center in Downtown Wilmington.  There is NO CHARGE for this seminar but YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND!

What is “The Next Level” all about?  What is the catch?  Why is it free?  Is there going to be a big sales pitch of some sort?

“The Next Level” is a FREE “Business After Hours” style event that is 80% business education and 20% networking that will bring an in-depth look at key subject matters that help you become a more effective business owner.  Over the next few months we will run the gambit of topics in topics to include marketing, sales, team building, financials, goal setting, communication, customer service, time management, and whatever else I see that will be helpful to business owners.

We also encourage you to invite other business owners that you may know.  Here is why…

1.   It is a great opportunity for you to put a positive “deposit” into another business owner that you know by inviting them to a seminar that will help them grow their business.

2.   It will make for a better networking environment for everyone if more business owners are there.  Imagine all the contacts, potential customers, and strategic alliances that could be developed if everyone brought someone else with them.

3.   The more business owners that I can have come and increase their knowledge base, the closer I will come to fulfilling my vision of making  dramatic positive impact on business owners in the community.

Previous “The Next Level” events have “SOLD OUT” in the past, so don’t wait to register if you are planning to attend.

I hope to see you there.

Make it a great day!!!
